1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Slotably. By accessing or using our scheduling and booking platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Slotably ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Slotably is a SaaS scheduling and booking platform that enables users to:
• Create and customize booking pages
For appointments and meetings.
• Integrate with calendar services
(Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar) for availability management.
• Connect video conferencing tools
(Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for virtual meetings.
• Process payments for bookings
Through Stripe Connect.
• Manage appointments
Send notifications, and track booking submissions.
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate information during registration and maintain the security of your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3.2 Account Types
We offer Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime plans. Professional plans can be upgraded or cancelled at any time through your settings.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
4. Booking Terms
4.1 Booking Pages
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their availability, honoring confirmed bookings, and complying with local laws regarding their services.
4.2 Making Bookings
Bookers agree to provide accurate information and adhere to the Organizer's specific cancellation and refund policies.
4.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling
Policies are set by individual booking page owners. Slotably provides the tools but is not responsible for enforcement.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Subscription Payments
Fees are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5.2 Booking Payments (Stripe Connect)
We charge zero platform fees on Professional and Lifetime plans. You are responsible for Stripe's fees, refunds, chargebacks, and taxes.
5.3 Payment Disputes
Disputes must be resolved directly between Organizers and Bookers. Slotably is not a mediator in these disputes.
6. Calendar and Integration Terms
• Calendar Integration:
We access data solely for availability checking. You remain subject to Google/Microsoft terms.
• Video Integration:
We generate meeting links but do not record or store the content of your meetings.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
• Our Property:
Slotably owns the Service's design, code, and trademarks. You may not copy or reverse engineer our platform.
• Your Content:
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to host it to provide the Service.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for illegal activity, spam, harassment, or to interfere with the platform's security and operation.
9. Data and Privacy
Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS". Slotably is not liable for indirect damages or service interruptions beyond our control.
11. Indemnification
You agree to hold Slotably harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by local law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms or for Pose a security risk to other users.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any part is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
