Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
Slotably is a scheduling and booking platform that enables professionals to offer services through their booking pages. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled on our platform.
It is important to understand that Slotably acts as a service provider connecting professionals with clients. Refund and cancellation policies for actual services (appointments, consultations, lessons, etc.) are defined by individual professionals/vendors, not by Slotably.
2. Refund Policy Overview
Slotably itself does not provide the services booked through our platform. Instead, our platform facilitates the booking of services offered by independent professionals or businesses. Therefore:
• Service Refunds:
Refunds for the actual services or appointments booked are handled directly by the service provider, not by Slotably.
• Subscription Refunds:
Refunds related to Slotably subscription charges may be eligible under certain conditions (see Section 3).
• Platform Fees:
Refunds for Slotably platform usage fees are separate from service refunds.
3. Subscription Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds for Slotably subscription charges are handled by the payment processor (Stripe) and the vendor from which you purchased the subscription. Slotably works with these partners to facilitate your request.
3.2 How to Request a Refund
Contact us at hello@slotably.com with your account email, order details, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5-7 business days.
3.3 Refund Processing Time
Credit/Debit cards typically appear within 5-10 business days. Note that Slotably does not have control over the final processing time of your financial institution.
4. Service and Appointment Cancellation Policy
4.1 Vendor-Defined Cancellation Terms
Each professional using Slotably sets their own cancellation policies. Slotably does not set or enforce these individual policies.
4.2 How to Cancel a Booking
Log in to your account, navigate to the bookings section, and select the appointment to cancel. If the "Cancel" button is unavailable, the professional's deadline may have passed.
5. Slotably Subscription Cancellation
Professionals can cancel via Settings → Subscription. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
6. Payment Processing and Refunds
Slotably uses Stripe for all processing. Stripe typically processes refunds within 1-2 business days, plus additional time for your bank to credit your account.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
Contact hello@slotably.com first to attempt resolution. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
