Using fake testimonials, reviews, or ratings, or engaging in phishing, scams, or other fraudulent schemes.
• Data Manipulation:
Manipulating pricing, availability, or booking data, or creating multiple accounts to circumvent policies.
2.3 Harassment and Abuse
• Interpersonal Conduct:
Harassing, bullying, threatening, or intimidating other users, or engaging in discriminatory behavior.
• Privacy Violations:
Doxxing or sharing private information about others, or engaging in coordinated harassment campaigns.
2.4 Intellectual Property Violations
Uploading, posting, or sharing content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights is prohibited.
2.5 Harmful and Explicit Content
Uploading or sharing obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or abusive content is strictly forbidden.

Collecting, scraping, or harvesting personal data from Slotably without authorization is strictly prohibited.

Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods, or engaging in money laundering is prohibited.
3. Account Responsibilities

3.2 Account Information Accuracy
You must ensure that all information provided in your account—including name, business details, and pricing—is accurate and current.
4. Content Guidelines
Any content you upload must be accurate, truthful, and respect the rights and privacy of others. Media must be original or appropriately licensed.
5. Service Delivery and Professional Standards
If you offer services on Slotably, you must provide the services as advertised, meet agreed-upon times, and conduct yourself professionally.
6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
You must maintain all required professional licenses and comply with all applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
7. Reporting Violations
If you encounter a violation, report it via email to hello@slotably.com with the subject line "Policy Violation Report".
8. Enforcement and Consequences
Violations may result in warnings, account suspension, content removal, or permanent termination. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.
