Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

1. Introduction

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") is entered into between Slotably ("Processor") and you ("Controller" or "Customer") and applies to the processing of personal data in connection with your use of the Slotably platform.

This DPA is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. This agreement supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope and Purpose

Slotably processes personal data for the following essential purposes:

• Service Delivery:

Providing and improving the Slotably platform, managing bookings, and processing payments.

• Data Security:

Implementing technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access or misuse.

3. Processor Responsibilities

3.1 Data Security

Slotably implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption and access controls.

3.2 Incident Notification

In the event of a data breach, Slotably will notify the Controller without undue delay, typically within 72 hours of discovery.
